Initial Consultation
During our initial consultation, I will gather information
regarding your medical/health history, exercise history,
complete postural assessments, and discuss goals and
nutrition.  To help set a baseline, I will also conduct body
composition measurements, and assess cardiovascular
fitness and strength.   Based on all the information gathered, your goals and lifestyle, I will
design your personalized fitness and nutrition program.  

Mobile Gym
My goal is to make every workout fun, creative and action-packed.  Depending on your
goals and desires our gym may be your home, the park, a trail, a playground, the

college stadium, your workplace, or my Johnstown home gym.  The more flexible you
are, the more creative we can be!  

Fitness Workout
A successful program will include variations of all components of fitness:
functional core fitness, balance, flexibility, endurance, strength and cardio intervals.  
Each week we will continue to add new exercises and challenges.  I will be assessing you
constantly
to make the necessary adaptations to continue to push you towards
achieving your goals!
