Your Personalized Fitness Training Includes:
• Private, discrete fitness training in an environment you are comfortable – your home,
my home gym, the park, work, etc.
• Regular assessment and program modification to keep you on track
• Unlimited personal coaching via phone calls, email, or text to keep you motivated
• Constant education on what you need to know about your body to continually make progress
• Polar Heart Rate Monitor (value $120) with commitment of 3 or more weekly training sessions
2 or 3 sessions per week $45 each
1 session per week $50 each
Buddy Fitness Training - Add $15 per session
Nutrition Coaching - Add $30 per week, per person
* Rates listed are for training sessions in my home gym. Additional
$5/session travel charge for training in your home. Prepayment is required
for all sessions. Minimum commitment of 12-weeks to receive discounted
rates listed above.
Nutrition Only Coach
Your Personalized Program Includes:
• Complete diet/nutritional guidance based on your goals and lifestyle
• Weekly nutrition analysis & suggestions
• Grocery store visits to help educate you in reading food labels &
making smart food choices
• Creative ways to save money on your grocery bill & still eat healthy
• Personal coaching via phone calls, email, or text to keep you motivated
1 session per week $50 each

travel charge for training in your home. Prepayment is required for all sessions. Minimum
commitment of 12-weeks to receive discounted rate listed above.
